
Kristie is truly the best fitness instructor I've ever had. Because of her X-fit class, I am stronger, more flexible, and most importantly look forward to working out. Kristie is passionate about teaching and it shows through her energy and creativity. I highly recommend any of her classes.

I started taking Kristie's barre class a year ago because I wanted to add in a different type of workout to my routine. The class was challenging but as the weeks went on, I noticed myself getting stronger and my body definitely became more firm. Also, I love to run and one thing that surprised me was that the class helped to improve my overall running speed, it was an awesome perk! Finally, you can tell Kristie's dedication to her profession because she exudes positivity but the encouragement she gives to all of her clients is priceless. Kristie is by far the best instructor I have had!

I was excited when I heard Method Barre was opening up downtown and I wasn't disappointed. Kristie and her staff have created a beautiful, warm, and welcoming environment for people of all fitness levels to enjoy a variety of barre/fitness classes. The classes are challenging, but get easier as you go and all of the instructors are very supportive & informative. I have been taking classes here for a little over a month and couldn't be happier. I have not only become stronger and more flexible, but I can already see physical results. Personally, I have been able to strengthen my legs, which has helped with my IT band issues when I run. Each class is different and full of energy, which makes it fun and easy to look forward too. I would highly recommend Method Barre to any and everyone!

So happy a place like Method Barre opened up in my cozy little town!! It's the perfect start to my day and with multiple different classes offered each day every morning is different! I have so many positive things to say about Method Barre but I encourage you to take a class and you'll see what I mean!!

A very warm and welcoming place! Great studio with helpful instructors. I've liked every class I've had so far and they're all a good workout. My favorite part is if you have an injury or any issues, if you let the instructors know they will modify exercises and help you out.

I have been taking classes here for a few weeks now and it is always fun and different every time! The workouts are hard but still easy to follow along with. I have taken Stephanie and Kristi's classes and love them both! Happy to have this addition to downtown Milford!
