I started taking Kristie’s barre class a year ago because I wanted to add in a different type of workout to my routine. The class was challenging but as the weeks went on, I noticed myself getting stronger and my body definitely became more firm. Also, I love to run and one thing that surprised me was that the class helped to improve my overall running speed, it was an awesome perk! Finally, you can tell Kristie’s dedication to her profession because she exudes positivity but the encouragement she gives to all of her clients is priceless. Kristie is by far the best instructor I have had!
