Whitney Tyner

Whitney is a Health and English teacher in Farmington Public Schools and holds a master’s degree in Secondary English Education. She is a certified WERQ and Zumba instructor and is classically trained in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, and Hip Hop. Throughout her life, Whitney has embraced physical fitness through dance, playing basketball, participating in adventure races, triathlons, half marathons, and open water swim races. Whitney believes in the strength and leadership of women and that the world thrives when women are healthy and involved. She enjoys bringing confidence and energy to women through cardio dance fitness, coaching her son’s basketball team and living in Milford with her husband and two children.
