I love being a student first and a teacher second. The beauty of yoga is how infinitely it can be interpreted by students and teachers. My teaching approach is to empower each student to find their expression of yoga to regain and maintain optimal health.
I have a passion for Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga helps to deepen mindfulness, create physical and emotional balance and develop anatomical awareness. In 2019 I had the opportunity to complete a 50-hour Yin Certification conducted by Bernie Clark. I spent 10 days practicing and learning about Yin Yoga with Bernie and an amazing group of yogis.
Remember to have fun with your practice. Try a variety of yoga styles and teachers. Yoga is intended to expand possibilities.
