Michelle’s interest in fitness was inspired by 15+ years of ballet practice and a love of dance that followed her into adulthood. She has been an AFAA certified group fitness teacher, with certifications in cycling, kickboxing, and Group Power since 1991.
She became a student of the Lotte Berk inspired exercises in 2004. Over the course of becoming a certified Pilates reformer/equipment teacher, she gained an abundance of knowledge in both anatomy and the study of the mechanics of body movements. With a rich history in choreography and fitness instruction, combined with her extensive background in anatomy and kinesiology, she owned and co-owned 2 Dailey Method studios in Illinois from 2011-2016.
Having recently moved into Howell, Michelle is excited to advance her career with MethodBarre.
