Marisa has been a fitness enthusiast for over 20 years. By trying every genre of the workout world she has found her place and love for Group fitness.
As a new instructor, Marisa has focused on the ability to help get you out of your head and into your body. Leaving judgment and comparison at the curb so that you can learn to move your own body's way and help by being a part of your most optimal health. Marisa instructs Bootcamp, HITT, Weight Training, Circuit, and Tabata classes. Her goal is always to challenge the participants with new, up-to-date exercises as well as provide the best well rounded, and most efficient workouts.
Marisa's love for fitness inspires her two children in their activities and team sports. Her philosophy is that physical movement can lead to the fundamentals of life which include confidence, good health, friendship, and mental well-being.
