Chelsea grew up playing golf her whole life, until a back injury that kept her from playing. Years ago, she found yoga as a way to help stretch out and gain more movement, but ended up falling in love! Chelsea now is an RYT 200 certified yoga teacher from Clarkston, trained in vinyasa, slow flow, ashtanga, hatha and yin.
Chelsea’s motivation and passion to continue pushing her body to the limit create a great foundation for her practices.
Yoga to Chelsea is more than stretching, more than a workout, it’s about reconnecting with yourself and your body.
Other than teaching yoga, Chelsea has a major in Biology from Oakland University and works in an environmental lab. Chelsea also has a wonderful husband of two years and a puppy named Oberon they rescued a year ago.
