Beth studied jazz, ballet, and modern dance starting in elementary school and continuing through high school. After earning her bachelor's degree in environmental science, she became interested in health and fitness including running and Pilates.
It wasn’t until she discovered Barre classes that she knew she had found a workout to fill the space dance had previously occupied in her life. The noticeable physical results and fun, challenging classes inspired Beth to become a Barre Intensity certified instructor.
She loves to use creative choreography and upbeat playlists to make her classes effective and enjoyable. Beth lives in Milford with her husband and two kids and their English Bulldog, Princess Poppy, and is happy to call Method Barre home.
