This conditioning class is an energizing workout that focuses on developing core stability and overall strength with no impact. You will amp up ordinary floor exercises to sculpt your body with the use of a stability ball, weights, or bands. All fitness levels are welcome to join this class. Modifications are always offered.

Hot Vinyasa With Weights by Zenergy Studios
In Vinyasa Hatha hot yoga we build flows and allow the student to link breath and movement creating space, flexibility, stability, and mobility. This is a “hot” heated class.
Method Barre
A high-energy, fat-burning class that focuses on the foundation of Barre fitness. Breath, posture, strength, and muscle action are the primary focus of this class. A classic class with a more basic approach but equally as challenging. Open to all fitness levels.
Slow Flow by Zenergy Studios
This yoga practice slows down each flow, taking several rounds of breath in each pose. The structure is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. This is a “warm” heated class.
Tabata
Tabata is a form of HIIT with 20 seconds of work to 10 seconds of rest. This class will utilize weights and a mat. We will combine both cardio and strength training for the ultimate total body workout! Clean gym shoes are required.

WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance class based on the hottest pop and hip hop music. The workout is nonstop with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps, so you get the best sweat. WERQ Instructors build a playlist based on trendsetting pop and hip hop music. Yoga Flows With Stretch and Conditioning
Short yoga flows with sculpting and conditioning. Weights and blocks maybe incorporated for core work. We always end in nice stretching. Yoga breath is utilized for a deeper practice. All levels are welcomed and modifications are encouraged.
