H.I.T.T the Mat is an all-inclusive, Yoga class built for all yogis and workout junkies! You’ll challenge your strength with HIIT training and find opportunities to practice together as well as flow on your own. All levels of experience are welcome to flow and you can modify or intensify as needed.
