The Yoga Fusion Method
Yoga Fusion is a fun, challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles, work on balance and get a great stretch! The class is a little different each time, but always a great workout!
Conditioning and Stretch Method
The Conditioning and Stretch Method is a conditioning method that focuses on building core strength, increased flexibility and endurance through a variety of exercises. Exercises include but are not limited to Barre, Yoga, Ballet, Pilates, and strength exercises. Each class is focused on flexibility with stretching exercises to create the long, lean muscles we all desire.
WERQ Class Description
WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance class based on the hottest pop and hip hop music. The workout is nonstop with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps, so you get the best sweat. WERQ Instructors build a playlist based on trendsetting pop and hip hop music. Each week a couple of new routines are introduced, so you get to WERQ the routines you know and challenge yourself with ones you’re learning. Ready to WERQ?
